Doug Kauffman is a television host for his show, Know The Cause. Doug Kauffman returned home from Vietnam very ill and disturbed by his lack of energy. His malady began a search for the germ that was ailing him. His discovery is amazing. Doug Kauffman has studied research on fungus and how they harm humans. His show is based on the old testament Bible laws that tell people how to eat and live.

Know The Cause , informs the public that diet is linked to most illness. Kauffman believes most illness is related to mycotoxins a toxin resulting from a mold. He demonstrates the process by explaining how yeast allows bread to rise. Yeast is the fungus used to ferment bread and make it double in size. It is so coincidental that the Jews have a leaven free week during their Feast to the Lord or Passover Celebration. They abstain from the use of yeast and were told to make sure all leaven (or yeast) was outside the house. (Exodus 12:15)

Doug Kauffman provides documentation to support the theory that most sickness is caused by yeast. He has written a book named "The Germ That Causes Cancer". The American Cancer Society has also published that vegetables with antioxidants are better for the cancer patient. Doug Kauffman explains the vegetables that contain antioxidant also have anti fungal properties which rid the body of mycotoxins. His main reference for this is "Gen 1:29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which [is] upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which [is] the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat."

The fiber in complex carbohydrates-grain, fruit, and vegetables-can reduce the body's absorption of fructose, even from fruit which is naturally high in the sugar. 640 pixels wide: (k3839-3.jpg) http://www.ars.usda.gov/is/graphics/photos/k3839-3.jpg

Mr. Kaffman, THank you for your time. I just recently started watching your program and I have so many problems I don't know where to start. I haven't felt good for years. I hurt my back many years ago and my core has never healed. I use to be dedicated to the gym but haven't been able to enjoy the inside of one now for about 15 years. I have seen my beautiful exterior and interior go to the pits. I have recently (about 2 years ago) been diagnosed with Fibro, possibly the start of lupus??? I am constantly in Fatigue mode and my overall health is drab. I have constant pain (I never know what part of my body it will effect on a daily basis) and I now suffer from depression on a major scale. I am on Vicodin, 500 ml. from 3 to 6 a day and it only takes to edge off at best. I am constantly in a fog and forget things all the time. Please...HELP! I DON'T HEAL FAST. THIS IS THE "TIP" OF THE ICEBURG.

I used to watch Doug's show around the years 1999-2001. My TV only has "rabbit ears" so he may still be on, but I haven't seen him in years. His show was always very inspirational to me and helped to me start eating better and to cut WAY back on any sort of sodas and junk food. His shows helped me to make the "duh" link between the foods I ate, and how I felt. There is one thing I want to share with any one who might suffer with mouth ulcers. I used to be plagued by them until my sister-in-law and I realized we both seemed to have outbreaks at similar times. We figured out that we are both sensative to foods (and candy, gum, or cough drops) that are red in color. This includes strawberries and tomatoes as well. When I made this connection and quit chewing any and all gum that was red in color, or "red in taste" (artificial cinnamon flavored), my ulcers all but quit. Then I grew some strawberries, and went on a strawberry benge. I was eating them with my breakfast, lun
