Review: Dexatrim Max

Dexatrim Max is an herbal supplement that is caffeine free and stimulant free. The main ingredient is L-Theanine, which comes from the green tea leaf. I have used one bottle of this supplement and I am amazed how well it works. I truly do not get hungry.
Nighttime is my most vulnerable time to eat. I'm a bit of a compulsive eater at night, in that I am always feeling hungry. Dexatrim Max takes care of those cravings. I don't get hungry and I don't miss eating!

Dexatrim Max is not classified as a medication because it has not been tested by the FDA; therefore it is called a supplement. Rather than giving the dosage, it gives serving size. That sounds strange when you are taking a pill-for sure. The serving size is 2 caplets in the evening. I do it a little differently. I take one in the morning and one at night to help me with my eating triggers all day. It really works to take every craving away. I eat my evening meal around 4 p.m. every day and I am not hungry the rest of the night. It's almost like the active ingredient in the green tea leaf short circuits my cravings. I literally do not think about eating when I take the caplet.

Dexatrim Max has a slight sedating effect for some people, so if you are taking antidepressant medications you are cautioned on the label to not take it. Before taking Dexatrim Max ask your doctor if it is safe to take with any of your other medications that you are taking. Be sure to read the warning label. The label says not to take more than 6 caplets in a 24 hour period. I took that to mean that I could take more than two if I needed to. I found that when I take two at a time I got a little nervous. I don't know the ingredient that made me nervous, but I did note slight nervousness then.
