"Keep It Secret. Keep It Safe" are the words Gandolph the Grey told Frodo about Saurons Evil Ring from the films Lord Of The Rings inspired by the author J.R.R. Tolkien. In the case of abuse, the only thing to keep secret is your intention of escape to save your life and the lives of your children. Violence without reason is pointless except to belittle a person over a disagreement. Women or children should not attempt to start a fight by striking first, because it is impossible to win without more violence. This what You do not want The temper of an angry man against a woman, the elderly or child is too horrific to fathom. It is baffling how a man to use his strength to harm a person with less strength mostly on females and children who cannot match his. It makes me wonder how he can hold his head up at any time in his life for committing such a heinous crime like this. Moreover, how the victims can fight the police who wants to arrest these men. This backward reaction reveals how deep the damage can go for one who experiences, or see the abuse in the home. Some victims may feel that they deserve it, or that they have no other way of support than to live through the fire until it consumes them. It is how damaging low esteem can do to people psychologically where person's self worth does not matter anymore.
It is lowered expectations to the extreme super low beneath the earth's crust toward the hottest exterior core. Men are not only the abusers, but are victims also by women who know they won't try to fight back. It is time to face the reality that your life depends on the decisions you make. The first decision to consider is how to escape safely, so that no one will get killed. Escaping from a psychopath is very dangerous business, so you mustn't let on that you plan to leave. If you let your emotions take over, and you reveal your plans the abuser could seriously harm you to stop you. Many people have affected thirty-two million people from different backgrounds, socioeconomic backgrounds and religions. It is imperative that you plan your escape in secret , so it is a shocking surprise to the abuser.
