Do you have a "wiggle worm" baby? You know the child that at six months or so starts to twist and turn every which way and can never stay still - especially at changing time? And no matter how much older they get they still feel the need to explore everywhere even during diaper changes? One of the most difficult tasks parents everywhere need to accomplish is changing the diaper of a little wiggle worm when on the go. I know because I have tried just about every idea known to woman (and man). Some of my favorite, though not exactly inventive tricks include changing them in my car or van so that when they roll around at least they are rolling in the dirt that they created! Another trick is to take two changing table pads in the bag with me because one is never enough when you are crowded into a public bathroom with your little one squirming all over that plastic pull down "table" that is supposed to substitute for your changing table at home. A third trick I have tried is to pull the stroller seat down into the flat position (also used for sleeping) and slipping the changing pad underneath my baby and hoping that it is not a particularly nasty diaper which could possibly smear all over my stroller.

A wonderful new solution to all the diaper changing problems we have is now available to parents on the go. It is called the Panteem Pad. First, this is not just a pad. It is also a diaper bag. This pad is round, not rectangular, so it provides much more room for a wiggly, squiggly baby and for our older toddlers that still need diaper changes. It comes in two sizes (24 and 30). One design comes with inside pockets to hold diapers, wipes, changes of clothing and a few other baby essentials. The other design has no inside pockets, but simply folds up as a bag and unfolds to provide the changing area. It can be unfolded with one hand and because it is made with oilcloth it can easily be wiped down and disinfected.

Great review! When I first saw it, I thought you were reviewing this thing that holds babies down so they can't wiggle and turn over. (I think they do actually exist.) It looks like a good diaper bag/ changing pad though!!!!!!!!!!
