The intended purpose of this very short article is to enlighten you about some of the possible dangers, relating to some of the cures and treatments on the market today, regarding yeast infection. Always, consult with your personal doctor. Or as is properly stated, your health care professional. Ok, I am a farmer, and I talk in farmer talk. Doctor to me is a Dr., not my health care professional. Smile. ALSO, the statements in this article are my thoughts and/or opinions, based on reading, and personal experience with yeast infection.

It's not hard to find information on treating yeast infection, especially on the internet.

Some of this advice is simply not helpful. There is, however, a sinister side, when some people are recommending treatments that may inflect serious harm, because added medical problems, or even kill you. Any treatment you undertake or recommend to anyone else should first be cleared by a health care professional.

Boric Acid is an item you may want to be aware of, in that is one commonly recommended treatment for yeast infection. The improper use of boric acid powder or solution, and because this substance has no therapeutic function which can not be served equally well by less toxic preparations. Although boric acid was widely used therapeutically in the past and resulted in significant toxicity, the past few years have seen a decline in its usage. Ninety-nine per cent boric acid powders are now being used as a household pesticide. Physicians therefore should be aware of the potential for boric

acid toxicity. Boric acid is simply, in my opinion, not a safe treatment yeast infection

Tea tree oil is one of our personal favorite natural agents. Our personal shower and bath soap whose main ingredient is Tea Tree Oil, and we love it. You may have read recommendations for Tea Tree Oil by consuming it orally. The problem is that there are no studies in the medical literature that have established a safe dose. At least none that I know of or can find.
