Considering all the good reasons to avoid dairy, most health conscious shoppers are happy to see the preponderance of new types of alternatives hit the health food store market these days. Blue Diamond Almond Milk is a good choice, and very tasty. Almond milk brings us nutrition, without the questionable properties of the more common alternatives, soy and rice milks.Blue Diamond Growers is the largest nut company in the world, and it makes almonds California's largest food export.
