As a long-time customer of the popular T-Mobile hotspot Internet access points, I have learned a number of things. And with so many Starbucks or Kinko's or Borders Bookstores located in the area in Manhattan near where I live, being a T-Mobile customer has always been very convenient and efficient for me. However times are always changing and as the Times change, so too, the surrondings and it's important to recognize these things as they happen. It's also important, in the shared atmosphere of information that is the World Wide Web to open up the channels and share what we have learned so that the same mistakes are not made or are made less often. One of the things I come as a T-Mobile customer should have done was learned what month my term began and what month my term ended. The people at T-Mobile on the phone can stonewall you in strangely frightening ways as the T-Mobile contracts run on a one day, one month, one-year, or pay as you go terms (at 60 minute intervals) and obviously the longer term than the cheaper it is overall. I pay about a dollar a day for my T-Mobile hotspot contract at the yearly rate and this rate has remained fairly constant. But the thing about that is that there was a time when I wanted to cancel my T-Mobile contract and because it was revolving thing, I was not aware of when my contract expired. I am able to operate in T-Mobile hotspot accessibile locations in Starbucks and Borders and Kinko's all over the place. As most of these areas are covered under the T-Mobile signal then most of my time online is accounted for. T-Mobile Hotspots are also found at Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Red Roof Inns, Sofitel and Novotel Hotels, and at the airline clubs of American, Delta, United, US Airways and also at selected airports. With 8,207 Hotspot locations in the US and in thousands of other worldwide locations, there is plenty of good reason to stay connected to T-Mobile as it's a strong signal and is available in a wide variety of cities all around the country. However if you ever want to cancel your program there's a $200 fee involved!
