Story telling is a very creative art and every kid grows up listening to stories from parents and elder ones. The Story Creator from Crayola is a wonderful kit that facilitates young children to craft stories. It is so simple to use. This involves just three steps-draw, record and add crazy sound. Not only that they can make the stories livelier by giving appropriate colorful pictures. The Crayola Story Creator comes with 5 sheets of paper. The kids can put in their thought on these papers such that it matches the story. There is no need to go hunting for crayons. It is very thoughtful of Crayola to include 8 crayons in this kit. All the crayons from Crayola are non toxic and there is no need to panic even if kids gulp them.

The most interesting part is that the kids can record their own stories. The recording time is 60 seconds. This is also provided with four weird sound recording features to augment the story telling effectively. The kids can record their stories and listen it at later stages. This recording can be saved and used for future references. The kids love to share their stories to friends. When the children grow up they will be amazes to listen to their own voices when they were young. The parents too would love to listen to their young ones. This takes you to down the memory lane.

It should be noted that only for 60 seconds the story can be recorded and hence the story telling should not take too much of a time. This is really thrilling for the kids to create new ans fresh stories every time. So the recording time will not be an issue. Moreover it is a play thing for kids of four years of age. They can craft only short stories. Still it would be a good idea to lengthen the recording time duration. The quality of the microphone is not that good and it keeps coming out.
