The fourth episode of Scott Baio is 45 and Single starts off with viewers listening to a voice over of Scott Baio as he explains meeting a young woman at a bar. Ready to go home with her, she mentions her mother where upon Scott figures out that he dated this young woman's mother twenty years ago. Yuck!

In the fourth episode of Scott Baio is 45 and Single, Scott seeks permission from Dr. Ali to meet with Renee's, his girlfriend of a year and whom he has promised not to see for 2 months, daughter, Caitlin. Dr. Ali agrees, shocked that Scott has never meet Caitlin. Which prompts a conversation where Dr, Ali asks Scott, "Do you want children?" Scott says. "Yes." So along with giving permission to meet with Caitlin, Dr. Ali also wants Scott to visit an old girlfriend, Sheila Kennedy, whom he dated a few years ago, and a daycare center, owned by friends of Dr. Ali. When talking to Dr. Ali, Scott describes Sheila as beautiful and sexy. She was once a Penthouse playmate. What Scott failed to mention was that she was also really pissed off at him- really pissed off. So much so, she makes Scott Baio wait outside of her gym instead of letting him come inside to talk to her.

Finally, when she appears Sheila is in a hurry and wearing a black T-shirt with the phrase Karma across the front. The conversation went something like this.

Scott, "Hi, Sheila."

Sheila glares at Scott while heading to her car, "I am in a hurry. I have to pick up my son. "

Scott, "How old is he now?"

Sheila, "Sixteen?"

Scott looks annoyed, although he tries to hide it and says," Do you have five minutes to spare?"

Scott jumps to the reason he is there to talk to her, "I hired a life coach and.."

Smirking, Shelia says, 'You hired a life coach!"

Scott, "Yeah. Can I talk for a minute about me?"

Sheila becomes quiet.

Me: "Isn't it always about Scott?
