The Xbox 360 has the largest gaming library for next gen games. The user base is huge over 11.6 million console have been sold. Many of the games are amazing, and the graphics are stunning. Next gen games such as Gears of War, and Dead Rising have sold countless copies. It seems that the Xbox 360 is the console to own, a must for all gamers. Many people however have been having different experiences with the Xbox 360. Some people haven't had problems with it where others have had their games eaten, red lights of death, internal hardware failures, and over heating problems. I am one of those people.

I bought an Xbox 360 in the summer of 2006. I also bought a copy of Dead Rising and went home to enjoy. For sixth months I enjoyed my Xbox 360. I had some weird errors though that foreshadowed my consoles demise. I would once in awhile receive a "Open Tray" message with the game inside the console. The Xbox 360 was not reading my games. After restarting it a few times it worked fine and I ignored the fact that something may have been wrong. The console ran near flawlessly despite some crashes and game freezes while I was playing Rainbow Six Vegas. However on June 15th 2007 my Xbox stopped reading all games when I purchased Guitar Hero 2 four days before my birthday. I was quite upset and tried many different things. I tried removing the hard drive, I tried my games in other consoles, I tried wiping my Xbox 360 cache, nothing worked.

I, myself have read the comments about other peoples systems, and i have pretty much the same problems. This summer, i was playing my xbox, and i just got it back from the company, like a month in a half ago. Then, it started to freeze up again. This really pissed me off, because i love my system, and i cant wait to halo 3 comes out. My xbox doesn't take five weeks to come back though. cmon now microsoft, do somethin to make this stop, and i dont want a refurbished system, i want you to really fix this one, itll be my fifth xbox now. and if messes up when halo 3 comes out, im really gonna be pissed.
