Recently a local radio talk show in my area got on the subject of the presidential candidates. Every caller who called in, seemed to agree on one thing.

They all believed that Clinton, Obama, and Edwards were treated differently than the other candidates were.

During the debates these three candidates were given more time to speak on ideas and principles than the other candidates and not to mention the other candidates in most cases were not given the opportunity to comment on the same questions.

Some of the callers who called into the radio show said they believed it was because Clinton, Obama, and Edwards were "popular" or known. Still others claimed it was because of their financial backing in their campaigns.

ALL of the presidential candidates for the 2008 elections should be given an equal amount of time to speak on issues and ideas. And they should all be allowed to comment on the exact same question.

Clinton, Obama, and Edwards regardless of financial status or recognition are no better than the other candidates running for president are they?

How are Americans supposed to vote when the time comes, for the best individual candidate qualified to be the next president if we haven't really heard from all the candidates running for president?

Is this a financial election or an election for the best person qualified to run our country? Is it economical or political?

I believe all the candidates running for the presidential office are going to have ideas, comments, and answers to questions asked. However, I don't just want to hear from three of the candidates Clinton, Obama and Edwards do you?

Let the other presidential candidates speak too. Let them be given the same amount of alloted time as these three, and let them voice their comments on some of the same questions.

Its the American people who vote, so why not let us hear from all of the candidates? Showing partiality or favoritism to three individual candidates is not right.

The callers on the radio show were absolutely correct. And I am almost sure they are not alone on this matter.

We deserve to hear from all of the presidential candidates. Don't you think?
