It Changed My Life; Disney Channel

Most people change their lives over through converting to faith, they'll realize what they have done wrong after doing so. I'm not much of a religious person, but my whole outlook of life has changed because of something odd; Disney Channel.

The perception of life in my eyes were always darker before, and I had always put on some sort of a "fake" smile to show people during my depressed state. Things kept happening, I got in arguments with family and it always came down to "its your fault" because under older authorities I'm seen as a kid. I lived my life thinking the same'ol thing, "there will be a better day". I don't really understand why I believed that because when there are always good days that means that bad ones come right after.

One day, right after Christmas of 2006, I was home with just my brother, he was far away on the computer and I was watching TV. The first time I watched the Disney Channel, nobody really thought it was a good channel. That was 3 years before, so throughout the next couple of years I watched alot of useless cartoons and junk shows. There was also this kid at school, he was a cool kid no lie, and he really liked the channel. I actually thought about watching it too when everyone was talking about High School Musical a year back, which I hadn't really appreciated because it somewhat appealed to me as an unmanly thing to see guys doing (singing and dancing).My little sis watches one show once in awhile, and that may be the reason why I got into it; I sort've watched that show because of one cute asian chick I saw on the show (Brenda Song). So I watched the show, but what really pulled me in was the one that came after. I didn't really want to watch the show, but because I was lazy that day I didn't feel like getting up and changing it, the remote was also missing. So I watched the first couple of minutes of "Hannah Montana", and it really got to me. Then I ended up watching a couple more, it was a marathon or something.
