My Sweet-n-sour Experience at Apollo Gleneagles Hospital

I am studying hospital management and now I am going to appear in final exam of Medvarsity Online Ltd. where Hospital administration exam will be taken online. I had to leave a big company and join a small company for 3 months. Unfortunately the company did not go on for long as it did have the paying capacity. I had to join another big company after my contact program is over. A contact program is something that happens once in a year in a distance learning course like this. Our contact program was 30 th July to 11 August, 2007. This 2 weeks contact program have provided me immense knowledge on the different departments of the hospitals. I saw closely how an administrator runs a hospital. I saw the different departments like Central Sterilization and Supply Department, Housekeeping, Telemedicine, Pharmacy, Medical Records Department, etc.

I am doing this hospital administration course from August of last year. I have given 4 tests online and I have sent a project to Hyderabad, India where I got an A grade. I was juggling my course and job till I got too tired and then finally I could not and gave up a job of a big company. In this company I was doing a job of 3 shifts. I had to do morning, afternoon and night shifts. My biological clock was turning here and there. I was becoming tired. I joined a small company where the shift was single but at the end of month, sadness was inevitable as the company had no paying capacity. Life became a struggle in another way.

I resolved to join a big medical transcription company. So I decided to join Metrics. It is a company running for 7 years. I will do there 2 shifts and I resolve not to have any other diversions. Lets see what's waiting for me there!!! Every medical transcription company wants you to work hard and on the basis of your quality of work, you will be paid.
