Hell's Kitchen Season 3

Red Team heads back to the living dorms feeling relief at the transfer of Melissa to the Blue Team and celebrate in Jen's room. Later on the night during casual conversation everyone finds out that Jen has had previous restaurant experience. Rock admires her strategy.

Reward challenge is creativity with lobster. Bonnie hates killing lobster and Josh has to sit out because during the taste challenge he could not tell the difference between scallops and lobster. Each team has one hour to create three lobster dishes. Jen coaches Julia while Josh coaches Melissa. Each person has to pull their live lobster from the tank. Bonnie and Melissa present a salad. Bonnie's grilled lobster salad with baked apples wins. Julia and Rock were next and Rock's buttermilk fried lobster tail wins. Last up are Jen and Brad's bisque and Jen's lobster crab bisques wins.

Chef announces the Red Team the winners after a difficult decision and the reward is an exclusive photo shoot with In Touch Weekly Magazine. Losing team must separate recyclables from the garbage. Rock is furious with the punishment and starts throwing things around in the kitchen muttering that even coming from a poor background he has never had to dig through the garbage.

The ladies arrive at the photo shoot and find out that they will be getting a complete makeover. Rock is asked to go to the shoot and once their sees the women eating from a buffet and sipping champagne. He asks Chef why he was called there and Chef points at the trash can telling him it needs to have the recyclables separated. Chef asks the women what smells and Rock says it's him as he drags the trash bag behind him out the door. The women pose as Charlie's Angels around Chef while Rock heads back to Hell's Kitchen angrier than when he left. His team mates give him some space to cool off.
