How to Make a Green Tea Gift Basket for Diabetics

MATERIALS

Basket (for this one we'll use an oval wicker basket)

Varieties of green tea (individually wrapped)

Sugar-Free cookies and Sugar-Free Hard Candies (several small individually wrapped kinds will do)

Small gift

Shredded Tissue Paper: 1 or 2 bags depending on basket size (get it pre-shredded to save time)

Ribbon (coordinate with cellophane)

Bow

Gift Tag

Scissors

Clear gift wrapping tape

Standard Twist Tie

When choosing the items for inside the diabetic green tea gift basket, make sure that they will all fit nicely into whatever container you choose. You can use any kind, but for this basket we are going to use a regular wicker basket which you can pick up for anywhere from three to fifteen dollars.

Place the basket on a table or somewhere you can get to it easily and will give you a lot of workspace and, having all of your materials laid out around you, it's time to start putting it together.

Take the Shredded tissue paper (depending on your basket size, you may need one or two bags) and place it in the bottom of the basket, laying it in evenly. As long as there is enough to fill the basket and give the rest of the items a good foundation to rest upon, you are good to go.
