Six Flags Parks Getting High Marks for Customer Satisfaction
Customers at Six Flags Enjoying the Summer Season and the Park's Service

Summer time is the most popular time for individuals and families alike to travel to amusement parks. One company is getting rave reviews from it's customers about it's amusement parks. That is Six Flags, which has fourteen parks throughout the country. In a press release issued by Six Flags, Inc., they announced that not only did their entire family of parks hit an all-time high in several categories for the second month in a row but individual parks are setting high scores for the past year. The results of the satisfaction surveys are a combination of all fourteen parks that Six Flags, Inc. operates.In the month of July, Six Flags set several all-time highs. Included in those records was the customer's ranking of their overall visit. They were also impressed with the employee service and park cleanliness throughout the parks. They felt that Six Flags, Inc. hs the best roller coasters and thrill rides, and that the safety level of these rides are extremely high. As far as entertainment goes, the visitors flet that there was a great variety of entertainment throughout the parks and that character presence in the parks was good. All of these results were all-time highs for the parks as a whole.
Individual parks had their own successes as well. The press release highlights the rankings that Six Flags Discovery Kingdon in Vallejo, California received. All of these categories had significantly higher rankings than a year ago. The visitors felt that the park was a good value for the money and they were highly satisfied with their overall experience. The cleanliness and service from employees of the park scored higher than the previous year as well. The roller coasters and thrill rides were both rated as better than last year and the rides overall as safer. As far as entertainment goes the "Shouka" killer whale show led the way, with the variety of entertainment options in the park rated highly as well.
