As parents, we love to display the beautiful artwork that our children create. When a child attends school outside of the home, they often bring home various assignments and creative projects that parents proudly display on the refrigerator, in their offices, and various other places. If you are a parent that homeschools your child, this is one of the many rewards that are still enjoyed. Seeing that the homeschool home is often organized in such a way to make the education process easier, there is often limited space on where we can display that fancy artwork that our children complete. However, there is a method that you can use to ensure that you can proudly display many projects at once. Furthermore, you and your children can create this. It is called a decorative art display. The decorative art display is rather simple to create. It is important to allow the child to assist you in creating this project. Not only will this allow you and your child to spend quality time together, it is a great way to squeeze in an art lesson. You will need to gather a few supplies. The basic supplies are:
A large string, such as multicolored yarn
Clothespins
The other supply that you will need depends on the method in which you plan on decorating the clothespin. Other supplies may include any or all of the following:
Crayons
Markers
Paint
Glue
Glitter
Foam Letters
Foam Shapes
Buttons
Various arts and crafts shapes and supplies
The following steps outline the method in which you will use in order to complete the decorative art display:
1) The first thing that you will want to do is to hang the multicolored yarn on one wall, ensuring that it is laying flat against the wall. You should start at one corner of the wall, and run it to the next corner of the same wall.
