I recently ran across a very economical and wonderful line of products called Essence of BEAUTY products and thought , not another beauty line with same scent products? But I stopped to check it out. When I did some further research, I found out that this line of products is exclusively found at CVS pharmacy. But what sets this line of products apart from similar ones?
.
There are several fragrance varieties to choose from. They come in Pomegranate Apple, Sweet Pea, Coconut, Musk, Lemon, Cherry, and Sunflower. There might be other scents, but these are the ones my local store had. The line comes with liquid hand soap, shower gel, body butter, body spray and powder. I sampled all of the products, and I thought the most appealing were the sunflower and lemon. I purchased the lemon. Most fragrances, even in sets like these, are overpowering or smell fake. Even the scents I didn't care much for, smelled better than their rival competitors brands.

The lemon brand that I bought actually smells extremely fresh like real lemons. Not everyone loves that type of a scent, but I want fresh fragrances, such as sunflower, lemon scents, or fragrances such as Jean Nate products. I would rather smell fresh than like I had fallen in a flower garden. They actually use real lemons in making the lemon line of products. I thought this was unique. There is something about the lemon scent that I found invigorating. I think lemons keep you awake and give you energy, at least they do for me.

I checked the label to see what other types of ingredients the product has. The lemon scent has Aloe Barbadensis, or plain aloe. As a lot of people know, aloe is a very healing plant that is often used for minor injuries, but specifically for burns. I noticed that after using the lemon body butter, my skin felt very soft. I believe this is due to the aloe in the product. I am not aware if the other lines have aloe too. I will have to check that out next time I'm in CVS.

I love these things. They smell great, they're relatively cheap and available, and they work wonders. They also got some good stuff like aloe and vitamins in 'em, which is always a plus. I like the lavender hand creme (smells like sandalwood to me) and the walnut whip bath gel (smells like vanilla to me), and I've given some to my family and they loved the apple, cherry blossom and other scents.
