I am sure that we have all seen the movie and the sequel to Men in Black. However, where did the idea come from? Do they really exist? If they do exist, what is their true purpose? The actual existence of Men in Black is much debated. The only thing that we have to go on is testimony by others that have come face to face with them. And as we know eyewitness testimony can be very unreliable. Some versions of Men in Black fall into a conspiracy theory. Some believe that they are aliens or a form of human hybrid that has been designed to do a task. Their main task being to eliminate any evidence of alien existence on earth. Some people believe that they are dressed up ridiculously to give a bad impression. So that when they are mentioned, no one will believe that they do exist. This helps to discredit the UFO observer.
Besides their black clothes and dark sunglasses, they are radically dressed out of style with the present contemporary form of dress. Their way of dress never changes. It has been the same since the 1950's. The presence of Men in Black did not begin until after the Roswell incident in New Mexico. They even drive dark or black colored vehicles. One other trait is that they are never alone. They always tend to have one or more partners with them.
Although there have been many witnesses to the Men in Black, there have also been many that recount them when they are under hypnosis. It always seems like they know a lot of information about the people that they are investigating at the time. When they ask an individual questions, they get very personal with minute details about the individuals life.
Another explanation is that the Men in Black are really government agents that work with the FBI, CIA, or even the Air Force Special Activities Center (AFSAC). They may even have their own private secure branch that is kept quiet. Once again this could be considered some form of conspiracy theory.
