MY THOUGHTS

I bought the Dance Off the Inches 15 Minutes Express DVD about 6 months ago and it is a great way to work out and have fun at the same time! I used the video in conjunction with all the other tips in my "How I Lost 40 Pounds" article. I believe this DVD helps me keep the weight off and keeps my muscles toned. In my opinion, no matter what your age of fitness level is, this video is simple, fun, and easy to follow. My 69 year old mother even joins me in the workout sometimes and we have a great time! The moves are easy once you learn them, but you will definitely feel like you've had a good workout when you're done. You can go at your own pace, or keep up with the pace on the video.

The instructor, Lydia Haskell does a good job of breaking down the moves so they are easy to follow. It took me a while to learn every combination, but I think that's because I'm a klutz by nature! But Lydia and the 4 girls who dance with her look energetic and like they are having fun, so that helps keep me feeling enthusiastic about exercising. Plus the moves are fun and I don't get bored.

Did You Know?
Dance Off the Inches is unique because of the progressive format.
I believe this DVD helps me keep the weight off that I lost and keeps my muscles toned.

Dancing sounds like a welcome change from running. I need to give it a try.

This may be a good choice for busy moms who work during the day. 15 minute workouts can be done in the morning. Great review.

Sounds like fun. I am a klutz too, wonder if I could manage it? I was thinking about starting a new exercise program.

This workout sounds great. We are all so pressed for time these days, that sometimes all we can manage is a few minutes.

Sounds like a good workout. Might have to rent that from Netflix and check it out too. Good to hear that it has different levels - not much of a dancer myself :)
