A Fair of the Arts, sponsored by the Anderson Park District, is held annually in Beech Acres Park in Cincinnati Ohio. This year's early fall festival will be held on Saturday, September 22nd, 2007 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Each year A Fair of the Arts grows, bringing in more and more talented artists and fine crafters from the region and beyond, in various artistic media.

Beech Acres Park is an excellent venue for A Fair of the Arts to be held in. Located just off of Beechmont Avenue in Anderson Township, Ohio, Beech Acres Park is easy to access and has almost 30 acres of space. The park boasts plenty of green space along with various recreational facilities including the All-Children's Inclusive Playground which is a playground offering a recreation for all children, regardless of disabilities. Because of the large amount of green space located in Beech Acres Park there is plenty of room for the approximately 70 artists of A Fair of the Arts to display their works for sale.

Artists featured at A Fair of the Arts create all sorts of different artwork. Past artists have sold stained glass creations, ceramics and pottery, oil and acrylic paintings, charcoal drawings, hand painted gourd art, photography, jewelry, painted furniture, hand crafted clothing items, and more. The juried show brings in only high quality artists. You won't find any prefabricated kits or modified purchased "art" at this festival. A Fair of the Arts does a great job of brining in true artists and fine crafters to sell their works. It's a great place to find a unique gift, special home furnishing, or a special and beautiful piece of wearable art.
