Review of Fiber Choice with Multivitamins

My sister-in-law has diverticulosis, and her Dr. recommended Fiber Choice. When my husband was diagnosed with this same condition, I decided it was time for both of us to get more fiber into our diets. I have been using Fiber Choice Chewable tablets for several months. When I ran out and went to the store to replenish my supply, I was happy to find that this product is made in a new formula - one that also contains vitamins and minerals!

My Experience
I love all of the Fiber Choice formulas, and this is no exception. The tablets are large, and taste like cherry sweet tarts. They are chewy and the last little bit actually sticks in my teeth, and I have to work with my tongue to get it out.

Fiber is an important part of a healthy diet, and Fiber Choice not only gives me an easy way to get that fiber, but it also gives me 100% of eigth essential vitamins and minerals. I love the fact that these tablets are chewable, because I suffer with acid reflux and often feel like something is stuck in my throat. Swallowing pills can aggrevate this feeling, but the Fiber Choice tablets are handled just fine.

When taking some fiber supplements that are mixed with water, there is a caution to drink additonal water. While more water is always good, that is not a requirement when taking Fiber Choice.
