Many NFL teams have streamlined their uniform designs lately in an attempt to breathe life into old designs. But which ones are the best? Read on:
10. Houston Texans-
You can't go wrong with red, white, and blue. The blue part is technically navy but is a nice twist on the classic combination. The Texans may be a brand new franchise with no history but their uniforms already look like classics, with a sharp, sleek, well-designed longhorn's head logo and a great color scheme.
9. Atlanta Falcons-
The Falcon logo looks a little odd nowadays but the black, red, and white color scheme looks menacing and the streamlined numbers also add a nice touch to this smooth, updated take on the old Falcons uniforms of the 1990's.
8. Baltimore Ravens (black uniforms)-
This team has gone through a lot of uniform changes in its history, not to mention some crudely designed logos, but their newest dark purple/black uniforms are the perfect fit for a team that features an angry, swarming defense like the Ravens do. This is a good example of a uniform fitting a team's attitude.
7. Pittsburgh Steelers-
These uniforms are flat-out classics that have only seen minor changes since the glory days of the 1970's yet still remain smooth and sharp-looking. The distinctive circular logo and black-and-yellow color scheme will never go out of style.
6. Dallas Cowboys-
Another classic design that hasn't been messed with very much over the years. The star logo is synonomous with this proud franchise and the silver-and-blue colors are very nice looking.
5. San Francisco 49ers-
See the Steelers and Cowboys' descriptions. These uniforms still like updated and modern yet bring back fond memories of the Bill Walsh dynasty of 20+ years ago. Gold is always a great color choice for a football helmet and the red matches it nicely.
4. Denver Broncos-
Shawne Merriman and the Chargers have new threads, but are they the best in the NFL?
