Portrait Innovations: A Fabulous Photography Experience

Deciding where to take your child to be photographed is no easy decision. Whether money is an issue or not, if you have ten dollars or three hundred dollars, Portrait Innovations is ranked a top choice for children's or family photo collections.

So many other options are available: department store studios off membership clubs that promise the more times you return the more you will save. Independently owned studios offer a unique caliber of pictures, yet one few can afford for annual or semi-annual photos. Yet, no one offers the experience or the quality product that Portrait Innovations can offer for such reasonable prices and you get to take your pictures home that very day.

Walk into Portrait Innovations and the experience begins. A clean, open studio is set up with comfortable chairs. Kids are immediately drawn to the Lego block table where they can play until appointment time. Two or three open studios (depending on the location) are waiting for customers. A single photographer will work with your child, taking between 60 and 100 shots. A change of clothes is permitted and recommended.

Following the shoot, it's back to the block table to wait for the pictures to be loaded. Then the real experience begins. Your photographer sits with you in front of a large flat screen where you have the challenge to eliminate all the shots that you don't want to purchase. The entire time, the total package price is posted to the right of the screen so there are no questions about which pictures you are receiving and no mystery as to the final bill. Certain free upgrades are available, depending on the amount you choose to spend. After the process of elimination is complete, your photographer takes about 15 minutes to print the pictures in their high tech digital lab. If your package includes a CD, it and the envelope of pictures will be in your hands in a matter of minutes. The entire visit takes about an hour.
