I found out about the Aubrey Organics Online Store because it was mentioned in a self help book I was reading. I had always wanted beauty products (mainly for my hair) with natural, organic ingredients but I was not sure where to start.

The website itself is pretty simple, not too fancy. It takes some getting used to at first, because if you don't know the exact product you are looking for you have to check through all the categories.

The products they offer are: Hair care, Bath Products, Soaps, Lotions, a few organic household products like cleaner and detergent, Skin care for dry, normal, oily and sensitive skin. There is also a small selection of your basic products for men. The most recent addition are six different organic spray eau de perfums.

I have been using the Aubrey Organics Online Store for about a year and half now. Every order has always been correct. I have also never had a problem with a wrong amount being charged. Shipping and delivery on in stock items were reasonable for the amount of shipping charges - however you won't know how much the shipping is until you checkout - I will explain more on that in a bit. (If there is a section on the site where you can preview the shipping charges I have yet to find it). Standard shipping however is free with orders over $ 75.00.

The products I have mainly tried are the shampoo and conditioner, the household cleaners, deodorant, lotion, and the fragrances. From what I have used, the quality of the individual products themselves is pretty good, and they arrive safely packaged. There have never been any leaks or anything like that.

What I don't like:

- A product can be out of stock after you order and the amount was already taken out of your account (I use a visa card that is tied to my checking account). They will eventually adjust the amount, but it takes a while. You also won't know what product you are not getting, until you get the package in the mail.

I think there should be some kind of e-mail notification. Also related to this I had e-mailed their customer service, but never received a reply.
