Themed Baby Showers

Instead of the traditional baby showers there are themed showers where the mix of invitees would be both men and women. Themes generally may be related to motherhood or may not.

One of the themed parties is time of day shower where each guest is required for give a gift for a specific time of the day like mealtime, naptime, bedtime etc. Another theme revolves around gift for baby firsts like baby's first step, firstbath, firstbook, first haircut etc. For the creatively inclined the basket bunch theme for gifts in various baskets like bathtubs, baby carriage and so on.

Mommy Shower

Mommy shower is celebrated for women who already have children. Instead of giving gifts of basics she already has, the mother is gifted with gift coupons, references of babysitters and to help her coup with arrival of another child.

Couple Shower

Showers which both the husband and wife celebrate the arrival of the baby.
