As defined by the report, a "Fit Consumer" is someone who exercises at least three times per week and participates in one sport activity as often as they can get a chance to do so. The categories are further expanded based on criteria and a person may be considered to be a "Extreme Fit Consumer" or a "Wannabe Fit Consumer". This demographical representation identifies a quick-growing number of the American population.
