When I was told that Naturally Salon & Day Spa caters to a wide range of clients that included professional men and women, I was not expecting it to be as wide as I soon found out it was.

Excellent service, but not so warm

I have been a regular customer of Naturally Salon & Day Spa for over three years now. It is located at 2450 Grand Avenue, Kansas City. I go for maintenance every month or so, and while I would have loved it if the staff were a bit more approachable, I have always been satisfied with the service they provide. I have been told that owners Richard and Sally only hire the best, and they make sure that their staff updates their skills with regular training.

I suppose the missing ten percent I keep looking for are the extra warmth and sincerity you would want to receive from someone you are entrusting with your crown of glory. I have noticed that upscale places that cater to the elite sometimes tend to give off a pretentious atmosphere. In terms of service excellence, however, this leading color and highlights parlor in Kansas City always delivers.
