How to Keep Yourself Happy

Everyone wants to be happy, it has been determined that everyone is already happy and just don't know it. There are circumstances in our lives that won't allow us to be happy, like our everyday lives and stress, that is why you see everyone walking around with an frown or a unhappy face. Here are some ways to help keep yourself happy.1.) First thing you have to surround yourself with things that make you happy, and people that make you happy.
2.) You must not let things get you down even tho one of your friends my not be feeling well, we tend to allow everything around us to affect how we feel.
3.) We need to let the true person come from within, and that well be a happier person, it's OK to feel for our friends, or love ones but, we can't allow everything that happens to them keep us unhappy, sure you feel sad because your love one is sick or hurt. And we really do care what happens to that person, we tends to feel bad but, you can still care and be happy at the same time when caring for that person, but if you want to be truly happy, you have to let go of some of life's problems, not selfish, this is just so you don't spend the rest of your life worrying and being unhappy about something that happen to your friend,and no one could possibly have had any control over that. And this is not because you don't care about them it's just tuning into the things that make you happy, you can still care about your friends and family but, if you spend your whole life worrying and unhappy about something they done or said, you will forever be unhappy.
4.) You should know what kind of people make you happy, you have a life to live as well. Yes, think about what happen to them you wouldn't be human if you didn't but don't spend each and every day worrying and upset, and unhappy about something that don't really effect you. I know if a love one is sick or hurt we don't feel good either but , you do all you can and remember to make yourself happy to,and, don't forget about yourself.
5.) Try to be positive in just about everything you do, if you've always hanging out with that depressed and unhappy person that will make you feel the same way.
