Most of the time, advertising and what not included, the costs of starting this business up should not pass $800 - that is, if you're going to purchase expensive advertisement, and party materials.
There are many different advertising ideas that you can do. Advertising will generally cost the most although there are many different ways you can advertise for free. Some ideas are distributing fliers and brochures. You can plan free parties for a family member or a friend who will spread the word. Word of mouth is very powerful advertisement!
