The Range Rover Experience

This past weekend I was able to attend the Range Rover Experience from Land Rover. The Range Rover Experience is certainly an experience indeed, and is an experience that is unforgettable.

The Range Rover Experience I attended was in Dedham, MA, just outside of Boston at MIT's Endicott House. Endicott House is a beautiful old mansion that in the 1950's was donated to MIT when H. Wendell Endicott, the owner at the time, passed away. MIT uses it as a conference center and for special events. And The Range Rover Experience at Endicott House was a true special event.

The Range Rover Experience consists of an off-road and on-road test drive and then different "lifestyle" presentations. The lifestyle presentations that were offered at the Range Rover Experience that I attended were a specialty tea tasting, a music in movies presentation, and a cooking demonstration from a chef from Cambridge restaurant, Chez Henri. The chef showed us how to make duck confit tamales and then we got to taste them.

Even though the lifestyle presentations were nice, the best part of the Range Rover Experience was the test drive. Land Rover has professional drivers who go with you in the Range Rover you're test driving over the off-road course built especially for the Range Rover Experience.
