A cat that has bad behavior may possibly have a health problem. A cat that is exhibiting bad behavior may be saying that there is something wrong with them. It may be a sign for help when a cat misbehaves.
There are some signs you can watch for to determine if your cat is having health problems. A cat may urinate outside their litter box. It may seem like an impolite thing to do but the cat just might be saying that there is something wrong with them.
A cat that has to strain to urinate may me having some health issues. If you see your cat squatting in there litter box trying to urinate it may be a serious health problem.
Or sometimes the opposite may be true and instead of the cat having trouble with urinating it may have trouble with incontinence. A cat that is incontinent can leak urine all over the house and besides being a smelly mess it can be very unhealthy for humans, animals and even the animal that is having the problem.
Another sign that a cat may have health problems is if the cat seems to have to urinate too often. Even if the cat goes in the litter box when it has to urinate it still may be a health problem if it is too regular.
If the cat seems to be in pain when it urinates then it could be a serious problem. You can tell if the cat is in pain when urinating if the cat is crying out or meowing while it urinates.
We all love our pets and want the best for them. Sometimes when an animal is not acting like it usually does it is a good indicator that there may be a physical problem. If you notice unusual behavior or bad behavior in you cat you should take the cat to see your veterinarian. The cat may be trying to tell you something important.
