I am very loyal to my beauty products that I love and trust. Recently, I was out of town and found myself without my beloved Cover Girl Tru Blend foundation. When a mother needs to pack for not only herself, but also her two children, inevitably something will get left behind. Not only did I fail to pack my perfume, I also failed to pack my daily foundation with my makeup. A quick trip to the local drugstore caused me to almost have a panic attack when I realized they did not have my shade of Cover Girl Tru Blend foundation. I then spotted the Physicians Formula Mineral Foundation.

With the word around the campfire being that mineral foundations are a great buy, I decided to jump on the bandwagon and give this product a try. Considering that my body is thirty seven years old, but my skin still acts like it is sixteen, I opted to purchase the Physicians Formula Talc free, Mineral Foundation for extra sensitive or breakout prone skin in Natural Ivory. For $7.99, I bought the one fluid ounce squeeze bottle.

Physicians Formula Mineral Foundation extremely easy to apply. After removing the plastic cap, the bottle is squeezed gently until the desired amount of foundation flows out of the hole in the sponge applicator. You then use the sponge to blend the foundation evenly to your skin. The easy application process allows you to release and use just the right amount of foundation to achieve the coverage you desire. I definitely consider this to be a pro, as foundation is expensive and I hate to waste any of it. The suggested next step is to set the foundation with Physicians Formula Mineral Loose Powder. Since I generally use pressed powder and managed to remember to pack that, I allowed the foundation to set and then lightly powdered my face with my usual pressed powder.

I've already commented on this article, and I took your advice and bought some. I love it! I found Physician's Formula products for half-price at K-mart this past weekend, and I bought eye-liner, foundation, and pressed powder. Great advice, and thanks again Lisa! I wouldn't have otherwise considered it.

Great review! I've always wanted to try Physician's Formula but I'm always afraid to for some reason. Now I have the confidence that their products work.

This sounds like something I might try. I don't use a lot of foundation, but have to keep some on hand.
