There seems to be more than a few shows on TV now about flipping houses. "Flip this house", "Flipping out" and the "The Real Estate Ladder" are all popular. Whether you have just begun to recognize you can make money flipping homes in Central New Jersey or are a seasoned flipper, I am about to tell you why you should give special consideration to properites in Manville, Bridgewater and Bound Brook.
I have seen my fair share of deals in these areas, each offer unique opportunities.

Manville.

Of the three areas, Manville is the most urban setting. Realty is not uniform and home size varies widely. It is a mixed useage area meaning you will, sometimes, find businesses amongst even in the most residential parts. This means there are some opportunities to "repackage" some homes part as business, part residence, which often brings a much higher price than selling solely residential. "Repackaging" flips can be very profittable. Plus, Manville offers many older homes that are still structurally sound and desirable. If the type of flipping you'd like to do involves simply modernizing and upping curb appeal you can find many such "small project" homes here. There are also numerous opportunities to find starter homes
if you would like to do flipping with more affordable properties. Manville is also less expensive than some surrounding areas. Centrally located, it's a desirable Central New Jersey neighborhood with amenities and a small town feel. There are more opportunities for commercial flipping here, by far, than the other two locations I mention.

Bridgewater.
