Chef Gordon Ramsay, of Hell's Kitchen, celebrity is back this fall on FOX T.V. He will travel America to transform America's worst kitchens, attempting to turn wretched kitchens into real restaurants. The ranting, abusive, high energy, and highly temperamental chef will star on Kitchen Nightmares. Gordon Ramsay's abrupt personality and tenacious perfectionism terrorizes culinary professionals who find him in their kitchen.

FOX will air Chef Gordon Ramsay and Kitchen Nightmares on Wednesday, September 19, 2007, 9 p.m. /8 p.m. central. Kitchen Nightmares has already aired successful for years in the United Kingdom. Chef Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares is a hit in the U.K., and is seen in more than 50 territories. When I first saw an episode of Hell's Kitchen, I couldn't believe the way Chef Gordon Ramsay spoke to the would-be restaurant chefs. Grown men and women cowered in their rooms crying following his vitriolic attacks. A day or two later the gruff Chef might be seen hugging and encouraging his dispirited chefs in training. Like puppies, they rolled over for the world renowned Chef Ramsay when he proffered them with the slightest praise. I swung on a pendulum of empathy to unbelief.

According to FOX.com, "Hell hath no fury like an angry chef, and no chef has a sharper temper than Gordon Ramsay when things go wrong in the kitchen." Ramsay absolutely insists on perfection behind the kitchen doors. Anger, yelling, and explicative attacks are the way he gets his kitchen under control. FOX network's, Kitchen Nightmares takes Chef Gordon Ramsay on the road in an unscripted attempt to light a fire under lazy chef's and silence whining wait staff.

According to FOX.com, viewers will see Chef Gordon Ramsay's sensitive and nurturing side as he leads chefs and restaurant owners in an attempt to turn their flailing restaurants into sought out dining establishments. Tempers are sure to flare, and chefs may quit, under the intense pressure, who takes every success or failure very personally.

Chef Gordon Ramsay can turn any kitchen into a nightmare!

I feel badly for the kitchens and restaurants he hits. It is a sad thing. Yes, it makes me want to clean my kitchen and every restaurant kitchen I eat in. Thanks for the comments.

This is the best show going this season. Gordon Ramsey makes me want to clean my clean kitchen. Now I know what to look for in a restaurant and where it is safe to eat.
