I Am Sorry, A Second Chance?
The visions of you, keep running thru my head,
No matter what I do, them I cannot shed.
So beautiful that you are, so wonderful too
I wish we could start over, and begin anew.
We all say things, when we are hurt,
Things we don't mean,
That should be, ground in the dirt.
Yes I still want you, yes I still care,
Let us start over, while love is in the air.
You say I have, a suspicious mind,
But there is a reason, it happened this time.
You know what it is, as well as I,
Because of what happened, on that terrible night.
Promises were made, that were not kept,
Then things were said, and we both wept.
Yes even I, had tears in my eye,
Not knowing what had happened,
What went awry.
Yes it is difficult, being far apart,
It is even harder, making a new start.
But this can happen, if we want it to.
We can start all over, and make things anew.
