Veronica Taylor is one of the notable American voice actresses for the English dubbing of many Japanese anime titles that would be adapted for North American audiences. Her life has been revolving around the performing arts since a child as she performed plays for elementary school. Currently, she's about twenty-nine years of age plus she's a native of New York. Despite her age and appearance, Veronica Taylor has managed to do the voice that had given her steady work in the world of anime: the ability to sound like an actual boy which is a skill that most male voice performers lack.

It is good in a sense as if a full grown male were to sound like a little boy, there would be something chemically wrong with him. Females in voice can pull off a certain tone or note that males normally cannot due to the changes of voice when reaching puberty. As a result in the world of voice acting, the roles of young male characters typically go to females. Maile Flanagan is a female and does the voice of Naruto of "Naruto".

Her most notable work is the "Pokemon" series where she voices the main protagonist Ash Ketchum. Other roles include Ash's Mom (Delia Ketchum), and Diglett. She had voiced Ash Ketchum for the first eight seasons of the internationally claimed Pokemon series created by the Nintendo game and console company. This would be the one work of anime that Veronica Taylor would be most known for as Ash Ketchum is a very popular character amongst the various anime titles targeted towards younger viewers from the elementary to middle school kids.

Veronica Taylor was also known to be responsible for the English dubbed version of the Straw Hat Pirates resident archaeologist Nico Robin of the popular anime and manga series created by Weekly Shonen Jump called "One Piece" when the American company 4Kids had acquired the North American license. However, she was replaced by voice actress Stephanie Young when Gen Fukunaga's company FUNimation acquired the license for One Piece.
