Pies Galore is located in Logan, Ohio on West Second Street. Logan resident Ryan Chute operates pies Galore. Mr. Chute has a passion for baking pies. His baking is an art. Looks can be deceiving and in this case that is very true. Ryan Chute is a big tattooed man who looks like he could not possibly bake pies just eat them.

Pies Galore was opened early in 2007 after Mr. Chute graduated from Hocking Technical College. He found it very difficult to find a job with his degree, due to his reputation. In a small town like Logan, people can be very judgmental. Ryan's love of baking pies overcame his insecurities. Mr. Chute felt like he had found his calling and he has been baking up a storm ever since.

Featuring traditional pies like cherry, apple, peach and blueberry. Pies Galore also offers a delicious peanut butter chocolate pie and Angel Food Pie, which is simply to die for. Ryan Chute is always baking up new creations. You should stop by and sample a pie from Pies Galore.

Pies Galore sells individual sized pies for a bargain price of two dollars each, and regular size pies are a great buy at six dollars each. Pies Galore could really charge a lot more for these delicious pies. Ryan told me he has no intention of raising his prices. He bakes his pies with love and he enjoys the reaction he gets when some one samples his pies. " It makes you feel good when you surprise some one with your talents, " he laughs" It is also nice when I meet new people as I am not blessed with many friends."

Pies Galore is open Monday thru Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm. Stop by and pick up a delicious pie for dessert. Your family will thank you. You can not buy a better pie in Logan Ohio. Pies Galore has plans of expanding to Lancaster Ohio. Mr. Chute has also been considering setting up on weekends at the Hocking Hills Farmers Flea Market to reach a wide variety of customers. Currently Pies Galore is not on line but, the website is under construction.

Pies Galore is a hidden treasure in the Hocking Hills. It is unique and innovative to see all of the new delicious creations available in the form of a pie. Do not let the tattoos and tough guy attitude fool you. Ryan Chute is the new Betty Crocker!
