Roaches and ants can be a pest during the milder months getting into food supplies and causing a nuisance around the house. Roach & Ant Killer by Hot Shot can help you to deal with this problem. It not only kills roaches and ants. It also gets rid of cockroaches, carpenter ants, crickets, firebrats, silverfish and spiders.

This past summer has been an exceptionally hot summer in northern California. As such, there has been an increase in creaky crawlies, from black widows in the garage, to ants inside the house. At first, the ants were located in the kitchen. Then they started to turn up all over the house, even in the bathrooms.

My husband and I decided to take action before the ants took over. We came across Roach & Ant Killer by Hot Shot®. It came in a 17.5 oz (496g) spray can. The front of the spray can stated that it kills on contact and that it kills for up to 12 weeks.

Instructions for use are very simple to follow and are written in English and Spanish. Start off by shaking the can well before use. In order to kill on contact, spray the Roach & Ant Killer directly onto the insects. It is effective in killing insects instantly. For long lasting prevention of an insect build up, treat common areas where insects can be found such as behind appliances, doors and whenever you notice an insect trail developing. Make sure that you only spray surfaces until wet before moving on, otherwise the product will be wasted more quickly and it will take longer to dry.

Roach & Ant Killer by Hot Shot® should always be pointed away from people, house plants and domestic pets. It is best to use this product when pets are not around. Even though this product has no scent, they will be naturally curious and approach the areas you want them to stay away from.

After use, wash your hands thoroughly and wipe down counter tops and any other surfaces in general use around the home.

I appreciate the comments. I agree that a lot of pesticides are toxic. I don't like to use them too often. Sophie

Pesticides are so highly toxic, I avoid them altogether unless they are 100% natural.

Ants can be so bothersome. I haven't had any problems with them in the house, but they've been getting in my pet food bowls outside. Great review!

Thanks for the review. Black widows! EEEK! I've always wondered what silverfish are, though.
