What They Claim

One of the most famous dishes in all of New York City is not Japanese, Chinese, or Mexican. This choice that is popular among New Yorkers young and old alike is an Italian dish, pizza. Via Restaurant has made it their own personal goal to offer each and every customer some delicious pizza during their visit. Here at Via, though, the pizza is not their only specialty; the Italian dishes they offer are equally as delectable and inviting. Every New Yorker in the general surrounding area of Via should stop on by and try this great restaurant out.

Atmosphere is one of the stressed elements here at Via, and everybody on staff here tries their hardest to make sure that the perfect feeling is achieved. The dining area is a great arrangement of the most elegant tables, comfortable couches, and amazing colors in any of the surrounding pizza parlors. The wait staff is also terrific, and anyone who comes in to Via will be treated, quite literally, as royalty as they enjoy their food.

What We Say

The setting may be a little deceiving at first, because one may come to expect a fancy cuisine when they first see the inside of Via Restaurant. The meals here are fairly simple, though, with typical menu choices, such as the brick-oven pizza; however the food is anything but ordinary. The chicken stuffed with spinach is a good option for those who are looking for a non-pizza entrée, but in that case most of the menu items are delicious alternatives. The Italian cuisine is terrific here at Via, and for the price it's not too bad of an option as a cheap eat either.

Romantic is a great way to describe the aura at Via with a couple of fireplaces located inside this restaurant to create a cozy feeling. Brick walls, red candles, and maroon tablecloths are all items that one will find at this great restaurant, and they will surely feel like they have stepped inside an Italian eatery in the backstreets of Italy somewhere. Via offers one of the greatest choices as far as atmosphere goes when compared to other Italian eateries around the same price.
