Successful Project Management and Exhibit Design, in terms of project management, our objective is to manifest our clients' messages into structures and environments to achieve results. This must be accomplished within fixed time frames because of many variables for planning a successful trade show, as well as predetermined financial boundaries.

The simple truth is that everyone at Catalyst - our carpenters, our designers, our support staff -are quite aware of the need for successful project management and has a vested interest in making sure that our clients' trade show exhibit programs meet their needs. Though most clients communicate almost daily with a dedicated Account Executive and Account Manager, there are many other professionals in the daily mix too, adding value to a more thorough process for project management.

We deploy a team approach to account service. This approach will consist of your core team and more. Your core team will be the group of individuals who stay with you week in and week out. However, we anticipate additional people joining this group from time to time, as certain situations require.

When we talk with clients about the various elements of their program, there are many different minds in the room and on the phone. With this approach to exhibit project management, we can suggest things regarding the target audience experience.

Process is critical. We have a number of structures, software and web-based programs in place to ensure fluid day-to-day communication, safeguards and interdepartmental integration. Virtually everything we do is part of an overall program project management process. Design is integral. So is active and aggressive listening.

We have also created several propriety software/web based solutions to make project management easier and more responsive for our client programs. Rather than list every process we employ we will simply note that we are a heavily process-oriented bunch. Our motion is constant. Each small process for exhibit project management fits within another larger context of the exhibit management, and it works.
