What They Claim
When one thinks of healthier foods, their minds often turn to a food that is tasteless, and oftentimes even bad tasting. The Park, on the other hand, does all that they can to shatter this global myth. Adventurous dish choices present a different side of American cuisine that is rarely, if ever, seen, especially since the emphasis is on an organic, healthy menu. One is sure not to be disappointed, nor leave feeling guilty, after they enjoy a meal at The Park Restaurant.
If one is not sure about the type of food that The Park serves, they will be made aware of it the time that they enter the restaurant. The dining room is built around a huge cluster of bamboo, to the rainforest influenced setting that is the main theme of this wonderful restaurant. Up on the roof a patio is available as a dining area, which also includes a hot tub, a setting great for any social gatherings. A heated outdoor Japanese garden wraps up the final touches of The Park Restaurant, a place dedicated to providing the best atmosphere for one to enjoy their meals.
What We Say
Even though The Park prides themselves on serving unique American entrees, they really don't stray too far from the beaten path. This conservative tact, although successful, does not give the correct view to the many diners who decide to dine at this restaurant. The tagliatelle with pancetta and the suckling pig with tomatoes are both great menu choices, and definitely a delicious choice for any pallet. Desserts, such as the banana beignets, are great compliments to any meal, and one will surely love their meal at The Park.
