Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons of soft shortening

4 Tablespoons of cornstarch

Desired food coloring

Ingredient not part of makeup:

Cold cream

Cotton Balls

Steps:

1. Mix the shortening and cornstarch.

2. Separate the mix into separate cups (as many as colors you need).

3. Add one food coloring to each cup.

4. Wash your face or the face of the person who will be wearing the makeup.

5. Dry the face.

6. Grab your cold cream and apply a thin coat to the entire face.

7. Take a cotton ball and dab it into the cornstarch. With eyes closed, gently pat the cornstarch covered cotton ball over the cold cream covered face.

Now, apply each color of makeup to the face with your fingertips to make the "costume face" you desire.
