What They Claim

With so many Italian, Mexican, and American restaurants to choose from, many may forget about the terrific cuisine that is often associated with French eateries. L'absinthe Restaurant, however, does everything they can to try and make sure that they're name is not lost in the shuffle, and in most cases even rise to an elite level that few restaurants attain to. The food here is delicious, the special creation of Jean-Michel Bergougnoux, both the owner and chef, and each meal is flawlessly offered with a contemporary spin to it to each and every customer who walks through the door of L'absinthe Restaurant.

The fanciest of authentic French décor is placed in every nook and cranny here at L'absinthe Restaurant, just as if one was a nice little eatery in France itself. Crystal chandeliers hang from the ceiling, and these alone can become conversation pieces during the entire length of one's meal. One is sure not to be disappointed by the atmosphere here, and because of this they may return over and over again.
