This cookbook has wonderful photos of the final product for most of the recipes. Recipes are from the following categories: muffins, cupcakes, bite-sized pies, cakes, cookies, bread and biscuits. Novice cooks could follow these easy to understand recipes. However, if you are new to the gluten free diet you will need to look somewhere else for information. Flours used: brown rice, buckwheat, corn, garbanzo, potato, and white rice.
