I recently had some dental work done and went through a few weeks of needing to use a special toothpaste for sensitive teeth. I had heard of Sensodyne toothpaste products before but, I had never tried them. Now, that I had a need for such a product, I picked Sensodyne Fresh Impact Maximum Strength Toothpaste With Fluoride to try out.

I picked this particular product because I was familiar with the advertisements for this product and because the product stated that it was maximum strength. I needed all of the pain relief strength that I could get, while brushing. The box stated that this product relieves painful sensitivity. That was exactly what I was looking for.

I noticed that this product also does some other things. It is called Fresh Impact because it keeps your breath feeling fresh for hours. This product has fluoride for cavity prevention. I certainly could use all of these things and could not wait to try this product. Not only was this product made especially for sensitive teeth, it freshened breath for hours and protected my teeth against cavities. That all sounded great!

When I tried Sensodyne Maximum Strength Toothpaste With Fluoride, I noticed right away that the flavor, taste, smell and look of this product reminded me a lot of my usual Crest toothpaste! I like Crest products and this was a plus, in my opinion. The flavor was good and not too minty. This toothpaste is blue and white striped. It had a blue gel stripe and was so similar to other regular toothpaste that I was surprised! I expected to get a plain white toothpaste, when I bought this product. Not so. Sensodyne Maximum Strength Toothpaste With Fluoride looks trendy and cool. In fact, to look at this product, you would never know that it was any different from a regular toothpaste. That was great. No one wants to look uncool using a sensitive toothpaste. It also tasted as good and better than some other brands of toothpaste that I have tried. That was nice.

Takeaways
  • Sensodyne Fresh Impact Maximum Strength Toothpaste With Fluoride works!
  • This product has a great taste!
  • This product freshens breath for hours!

Thanks for the review. My husband has problem with teeth sensitivity after eating ice cream. Other cold things don't hurt his teeth though, which is weird. Anyways I'll have to get this for him and see if it can help.

Nicely written review. I tried Sensodyne years ago and it didn't have a fresh taste, or fresh breath component. My dentist tried to sell me some sensitive toothpaste for $30 a tube. ROFL. That is almost as much as the dental visit! I'll try this product. Thanks for the recommendation and review.

I have never tried Sensodyne, but it sounds like a great product. I will have to give it a second look next time I'm in the store.
