A penis pump can pump blood into a man's penis. That blood then fills spaces in the penile tissue. Those spaces are in bands of tissue called the corpus cavernosum and the corpus spongiosum. Two of those bands contain bars of smooth muscle tissue.

Unlike the muscles in your arms and legs, smooth muscle can not be "willed" to work. A man can not control the actions of the smooth muscle in his penis. When a man receives a sexual stimulation, then the smooth muscles in his penis relax. That normally causes the blood to flow into the man's penis. As a result, his penis should become erect.

Men who engage in an average amount of sexual activity tend to remain in good health. A man who has no way to enjoy the pleasures of love-making misses out on the health benefits associated with more regular erections. Such a man can thus benefit from using a penis pump.

A penis pump acts a lot like a straw. The penis is put in a cylinder, and air is removed from that cylinder. The removal of air creates a vacuum. Blood flows into the area of that vacuum. Blood thus enters the penis.

While a man might feel good while using a penis pump, he needs to appreciate the importance of exercising the proper precautions. If not used properly, a penis pump can subject a man to certain health dangers.

When a man is using a penis pump, he should refrain from applying a great deal of pressure. Application of too much pressure can force the blood to move rapidly and forcefully into the penis. The vacuum must appear slowly in the cylinder that holds the penis. If a man fails to use the penis pump properly, he could suffer from ruptured blood vessels.

Users of the penis pump often rely on a lubricant to keep the pump cylinder from sticking to the penis. A man who plans to purchase such a lubricant must realize that not all lubricants are alike. It is best not to use an oil lubricant, if one expects to incorporate a penis pump into an act of love-making.

Extagen is a really effective drug. I have never tried Hidmeas, but I think that ANY supplement has stronger action if to compare with pumps.
