You see you get a certain amount of bandwidth and disk space and when you use that up you take it from others who haven't used that much therefore it is like sharing hosting. The only down fall to this is that you don't have full control over your server so your website can be affected periodically when others are exceeding there disk space and bandwidth limits.

The one I would recommended if you are serious about your business and if you can afford it is dedicated hosting. Dedicated hosting is when you are the only one using the whole system. This is for big websites as well, but there are many cool features to dedicated hosting.
