Shopping is an important thing to do. It takes up quite a bit of the family budget, as well as time spent actually shopping. Some of the pressure seems to lift from my shoulders when I go shopping in a nice, clean and welcoming store. For all that money spent on items at least you should expect a pleasant experience to come from it. Wal-Mart superstores seem to be driving other stores out of business. Some of them were favorites of mine. Our neighborhood Safeway was one of them that bit the dust.

Alberstsons seems to be holding its own against this megastore.

Albertsons is a good place to shop for your family. It has been for many years. And as competition rises about every day, Albertsons just seems to keep offering good-quality grocery products to families. The stores are neat and clean, organized, and staffed by friendly people. While Wal-Mart superstores in some communities have caused other chain grocery stores to shut down Albertsons has continued to hold its own against such stiff competition.

My family shops at Albertsons and is very satisfied. The store offers a card program which saves customers loyal to Albertsons significant discounts on many products. There are several other grocery stores to choose from, including Wal-Mart, but in head to head quality and selection it seems Albertsons is superior. Wal-Mart may offer minor savings on some products and offer diverse products that Albertsons does not offer but the quality seems to be inferior.

The produce department at our Albertsons is fully stocked with fresh, clean, colorful healthy looking fruits and vegetables. While at other stores their produce often looks neglected, sometimes actually dirty. The meat department at Albertsons is clean and bright and it looks like they rotate their products pretty regularly. Aisles are wide and there are big signs informing customers what are down those aisles. And there is a rhyme and reason to the way the items are stocked. They are not a mishmash of food and beverages mixed in with paper supplies and vitamins. The way Albertsons stocks seems to make sense.
