It is almost time to start planning and decoarting for your families Halloween Party. Halloween is a great excuse to let loose and have some fun. Costumes are the ultimate escape. It is fun to dress up and act a little ghoulish. YOu are never to old for Halloween! I have thrown an annual Halloween Extravaganza for 12 years now. I have always loved Halloween. It is fun to be a creature of your own design. I have some fantastic ideas that will save you time and money on your Halloween Bash this year.

First instead of buying invitations, consider making simple yet effective invitations at home. You can use your computer, or get creative and hand make the invitations. The cheapest possible decorations will also be the biggest hit. Purchase a package of construction paper from your local dollar store. YOu might be able to find a package of orange and yellow construction paper in the Halloween display. You will need scissors and glue, as well as a couple old newspapers and magazines. YOu can make "ransome " invitations by cutting out words and letters from your old newspapers, and gluing them to the construction paper. This is a good activity to include your children in. Give them a list of the words or letters you need and ask them to only cut out the words or letters on their list. These are innovative, creative and affordable. They will also be memorable!
